This Court vide its order dated 19.12.2024 has issued SPC to the petitioner for his appearance before this Court either in person or through advocate on a date to be fixed by the Registry. 3. As per office report SPC was issued to the petitioner but has not been served upon the petitioner and mentioned that at present he is residing at Andhra Pradesh but there is no proper address mentioned in the service report. 4. On perusal of record I have found that there is also a default pointed out by the Registry that fresh copy of Annexure P/4 is not filed by the petitioner. Also, the counsel for the petitioner has not 3 appeared before this Court, therefore, this Court left with no other option but to dismiss the present petition for want of prosecution. 5.
