This criminal revision seeking bail has been filed under Section 53 read with Section 12/1 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act against the order dated 05.04.2022, passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Barlrampur, in Criminal Appeal No.330 of 2022, which was preferred against the order dated 23.02.2022, passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Balrampur in Bail Application arising out of Case Crime No.298 of 2020, under Sections- 376, 323, 343, 506 I.P.C., Police Station- Rehtra Bazar, District- Balrampur. 3. This Court vide order dated 25.08.2025, after taking note of the fact that the instant revision relates to enlargement of revisionist on bail, directed the Senior Registrar of this Court to provide the status of the present case. 4. In compliance of this Court's order dated 25.08.2025, I/c Special Judge (POCSO Act), Balrampur (in short "Magistrate") has sent report dated 27.08.2025 to this Court. Relevant portion of which reads as under:- Versus Counsel for Revisionist(s) : Vijay Kumar Tiwari Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Child In Conflict With Law (Ccl) Ram Chandra Verma Thru.
