The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the learned court below to decide the Regular Suit No.283/2009 (Tufail Ahmad Versus Anwar Ahmad & Others), pending before learned Fast Track Court (Junior Division) Sultanpur since 20.05.2009, according to law within time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the prayer limited to the issue of mandamus, the writ petition is disposed off directing the court concerned to decide the Regular Suit No.283/2009 expeditiously within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
