Sri.Jithin Anthony., counsel on behalf of Sri.B.M.Kushalappa., CGC for respondent No.1 and Sri.Lakshmeesh Rao., counsel for respondents 2 to 5 have appeared in person. 2. The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Certiorari to quash the order dated 25.07.2019 passed by the fifth respondent in No.NML-3(02/AMP/AKP)18-PS(15)/R debarring the petitioner and successors for three months for all future procurements vide Annexure-X and the order dated 23.11.2020 in Tender No.NML/PUR/32/68/19 vide Annexure-

AW and order dated 23.11.2020 in Tender No.NML/PUR/32/77/19 vide Annexure-AX. 3. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care. 4. Counsel for the respondents jointly submits that the petitioner was debarred for a period of three months and was placed on Holiday Listing for a period of one year and the same has been spent by itself. Counsel therefore, submits that an appropriate order may be passed. The oral submission made by counsel for the respective parties is placed on record.
5. The petitioner was debarred for a period of three months and was placed under Holiday Listing for a period of one year. The same has been spent by itself as of today. Hence, nothing survives for consideration in the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed. - 4 -
