The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the Civil Judge (S.D.) second, Faizabad to decide the case baring Regular Suit No. 34/2006 (Shanti Devi and another Vs. Smt. Saroj and others) as soon as possible." 3. Considering the fact that the suit is pending since 2006, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending suit with all expedition, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
