This first anticipatory bail application has been filed with regard to Case Crime No.25 of 2025 under Sections 115(2) and 109 B.N.S., P.S. Biswan, District Sitapur. At the very outset, learned counsel for applicant on the basis of instructions submits that he may be granted liberty to apply for regular bail before the Court concerned. Learned Additional Government Advocate appearing on behalf of State does not have any objection to the same. Considering such submission, the present anticipatory bail application is dismissed granting liberty to applicant to approach the trial Court for regular bail.
