The learned counsel further submits that the petitioners have certain business disputes with the 2"'^ respondent, and on account of the same, the 2"^^ respondent has filed a false case implicating the petitioners in the case. It is further submitted that the 2"^ petitioner was not in town when the alleged incident took place, and copies of the boarding pass, evidencing his travel from Hyderabad to Delhi and back to Hyderabad on 09.03.2025, have been filed. 4. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Station House Officer, Kurnool Taluk Police Station, Kurnool District, is directed to complete the \ -2- CRLP.
