The petitioners claim certain rights in respect of Gata No.152 and 153 situated in Village Pure Bheekha, Post-Kansa Patti, Tehsil-Patti, District-Pratapgarh to the extent that they have built a house thereon as claimed and are residing therein, in view of Section 67(A) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. These are matters to be seen by the competent authority or court but not under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 3.
