Learned counsel for the State would submit that after investigation, the charge- sheet has been submitted in the case against all the petitioners on 02.02.2025. 4. In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, this writ petition has become infructuous and the same is dismissed as such. However, it would be open to the petitioners to challenge the charge-sheet in appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum. 5. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of accordingly.
