Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has inter alia prayed for the following reliefs:- “i) Issue writ of Certiorari, Mandamus or other appropriate writ order or direction as this Hon'ble Court deems fit, by directing the respondents department to grant work charge status/regularization to petitioner w.e.f 1.1.2001 in terms of the policy as or as mentioned supra as with all consequential benefits well as the law laid down by the Hon'ble High Court i.e. Seniority, Pay Fixation, and fixation of retiral benefits within time bound manner and same may kindly be ordered to be 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 released in favour of the petitioner within time bound manner. ii) Issue writ of Certiorari, Mandamus appropriate writ order or direction as this Hon'ble Court deems fit, by directing the respondents department to re-fix the pay of the petitioner and release the arrear in favour of the petitioner along with 12% interest along with 12% interest.” 2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition can be disposed of in light of the adjudication by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in Suraj Mani’s case. 3. This petition is accordingly disposed of with the direction that let the representation of the petitioner be considered by the Authorities in the backdrop of Suraj Mani’s case as modified by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India within a period of 12 weeks from today, by passing a speaking order.
