Also heard Ms. N Das, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam. 2. This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 in respect of Kalgachia P.S. Case No. 55/2025, whereby the petitioner Azad Imran Hussain has prayed for realising him on bail. Page No.# 2/2 3. The allegation brought against the petitioner is that he had posted some messages in the Facebook account stating some anti-India and pro-Pakistani slogans post the Pahalgam massacre. The petitioner has also given a statement before police that he supports Pakistan and indulges in anti-national activities. 4. Under the given circumstances, this Court is of the opinion that adequate opportunities should be given to police to investigate the case Therefore, such person does not deserve to be released on bail. 5. Therefore, the bail application of the petitioner is found to be devoid of merit and stands dismissed and disposed of accordingly. The CD shall be returned. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
