The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Issue a Order or Direction to the opp. Party No.1 to decide the petitioners case which got registered as Original Suit No.410 of 1996 "Raj Manee v/s Ram Sewak & others" pending in the court of opp. Party No.1 within stipulated period as early as possible, in the interest of Justice." 3. Considering the prayer limited to the issue of mandamus, the writ petition is disposed off directing the opposite party no.1 to decide the aforesiad Original Suit No.410 of 1996 expeditiously within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
