Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the 2nd respondent, at the behest of the 3rd respondent, is interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioner and the 3rdrespondent and disturbing the peace of the petitioner and hence, the petitioner is forced to file the present writ petition. 3. Considering the submissions, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition at the stage of admission, directing the 2nd respondent not to disturb the peace of the petitioner without following the due process of law. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 5.
