The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging that despite of passing of the orders under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, the same are not being executed. 3. Considering the fact that an adequate efficacious remedy is prescribed under Clause 460 of the U.P. Revenue Court Manual, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to move an appropriate application under Clause 460 of the U.P. Revenue Court Manual, which shall be considered and decided expeditiously and in case there is no valid stay order by any competent court of law, the orders impugned shall be executed forthwith.
