Affidavit of compliance filed by Sri Pankaj Patel, learned counsel for the respondent duly sworn by the respondent is taken on record. Sri Pankaj Patel informs that the order in question has already been complied with. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that compliance has not been done in letter and spirit as refixation is not done in proper manner. 3. Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the parties and going through the contents of the affidavit of compliance, it is evident that prima-facie, order of the writ Court has been complied with. The disputed question of fact cannot be examined in the contempt jurisdiction. Accordingly, the contempt application is dismissed with liberty to the applicant to take appropriate remedy, if he is feeling aggrieved with the decision of the respondent.
