This application has been filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023, whereby the Page No.# 2/2 petitioner Kamaluddin has prayed for releasing him on bail, after he was arrested in connection with Nagaon P.S. Case No. 357/2025. 3. The petitioner is a driver by profession. His truck was carrying 8 numbers of cows, which were illegally transported from Samaguri to Nagaon. 4. Mr. Parasar has submitted that in a truck more than 6 numbers of cows cannot be transported. 5. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel of both sides. 6. This Court is of the opinion that there are no good grounds shown for accepting the bail application of the petitioner.
