GP FOR REVENUE 2 The Court made the following order: The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in proposing to allot the house site pattas in Sy.No.28 of situated in between Railway Track to Savaragudem Revenue Village of Nidamanur Village in Vijayawada Rural Mandal, Krishna District and the said lands are classified as ‘punta’ in revenue records. 2. This Court, by order dated 15.07.2020, passed interim order directing the respondents not to disturb the existing ‘punta’ in Sy.No.28 of situated in between Railway Track to Savaragudem Revenue Village. The said interim order is subsisting as on today. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue placed on record the written instructions dated 10.03.2025 furnished by the 4th respondent. On perusal of the said instructions, it is clear that, the proposal for allotment of house site pattas in Sy.No.28 of Savaragudem Revenue Village was dropped as alternate lands were identified. The said instructions dated 10.03.2025 is placed on record. 3 4. In view of the same, the present writ petition is disposed of, as no further orders are necessary in terms of the interim order dated 15.07.2020. There shall be no order as to costs.
