Sri Sushil Shukla, learned counsel appearing for the revisionist, after arguing at some length, has submitted that the revisionist wants to withdraw this criminal revision. He further submits that the revisionist may be granted three weeks' time to appear before the trial court/competent court and to apply for bail and his application for bail may be considered and decided expeditiously, in accordance with law. 2. In view of the aforesaid submissions, this criminal revision is dismissed as withdrawn. 3. However, it is provided that if the revisionist appears before the trial court/competent court within three weeks from today and files application for bail, his bail application shall be considered and decided expeditiously, in accordance with law. 4. Only for a period of three weeks from today, no coercive measures shall be taken against the revisionist.
