Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was arraigned as A.8 in Crime No.82 of 2025 of Bommuru Police Station, East Godavari District, registered for the alleged offence under Sections 324(6), 137(2), 118(1), 109(1), 351(3) read with Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present complaint dated 08.03.2025 is a counterblast to the complaint filed by the petitioner in Crime No.109 of 2025 of Rajanagaram Police Station dated 05.03.2025. 4. Having considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Station House Officer, Bommuru Police Station, East Godavari District, is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.82 of 2025 without taking any coercive steps against the petitioner, subject to the petitioner cooperating with the investigation. This would not preclude the investigation -3- officer to file a charge sheet or final report after the completion of the investigation. 5. Accordingly, the criminal petition is disposed off. 6.
