Hon'ble Karunesh Singh Pawar,J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner(s) and learned Standing Counsel who has accepted notice on behalf of respondents no.1 and 2. By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed the following main relief:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to make promotion of Employees working at subordinate offices as per seniority list dated 12/12/2023 passed by Hon'ble High Court prepared in compliance of order dated 02/08/2019 passed in writ petition Service Single no. 15692 of 2018" After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it will suffice if petitioner's association may be granted liberty to file a fresh representation and the same is decided by respondent No.2 by a reasoned and speaking order within the stipulated time to which learned Standing Counsel has no objection. In view of the above, without entering into the merits of the case , this petition is finally disposed of with liberty to the petitioner's association to file a fresh representation to the respondent No.2/Consolidation Commissioner, Lucknow within two weeks from today. In case such a representation is preferred by the petitioner within the aforesaid period, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law, by passing a reasoned and speaking order within four weeks from the date of submission of representation along with a copy of this order.
