Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State- respondents and perused the material placed on record. 2. In view of the proposed order being passed, notice to respondents No. 4 and 5 is hereby dispensed with. 3. At the very outset, learned A.G.A. has produced a copy of instructions letter dated 16.09.2025, provided by the S.H.O., Police Station- Satrikh, District- Barabanki, which is taken on record. 4. As per the aforesaid instructions, the investigation has been completed and final report bearing No. 23/2025 dated 20.03.2025 has been submitted before the Supervisory Authority. The aforesaid final report has been finalized on 15.04.2025. 5. In the wake of aforesaid development, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition, therefore, this writ petition is consigned to records. 6. However, it is always open for the petitioner to take legal recourse against the final report if any of the parties are aggrieved from the final report. 7.
