The present petition has been filed challenging an order dated 21.09.2015, whereby an injunction was granted as well as the order dated 10.12.2021, whereby the appeal preferred was dismissed. 3. Considering the fact that the orders of injunction were passed way long ago, no reason for interference is made out. 4. However, as the suit is of the year 2012, the present petition is disposed of with direction to decide the Suit No.433 of 2012 expeditiously and in accordance with law without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties, preferably within a period of one year.
