Anthony learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Niranjan Sanasam, learned Government Advocate for the State respondents appearing through video conferencing. [2] In the present petition, the petitioners pray for payment of the value of the land in connection with Tamenglong District Headquarter. In this aspect, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 02-08-2017 to the Commissioner (Works), Government of Manipur and the representation is still pending. [3] Mr. Ch. Anthony, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that the writ petition may be disposed of by directing the Commissioner (Works), Government of Manipur to dispose of the representation within a stipulated time. [4] Mr. Niranjan Sanasam, learned Government Advocate for the State respondents, has no objection in disposing of the writ petition by passing an innocuous order. WP(C) No. 579 of 2017 [5] Recording the submissions made at the Bar, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the Administrative Secretary (Works), Government of Manipur to consider and pass a speaking order to the representation dated 02-08-2017 submitted by the petitioners within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. [6] With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. [7] It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case.
