The present petition has been filed for the following main relief:- "a. Direct the opposite party no.1 i.e. Naib Tehsildar, Amaniganj, Tehsil-Milkipur, District-Ayodhya to decide the Recall/Vajdayra application dated 19.02.2021 filed by petitioners bearing Case No.5851/2024, Computerized Case No.T- 202404230405851, namely Rama Shankar V/s Tribhuvan Datt, under section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, relating to Village-Raipatti, Pargana-Khandasa, Tehsil-Milkipur, District-Ayodhya within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble court, in the interest of justice." Taking note of the fact that recall application in issue, is pending since February 2021, the present petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent No.-1 to consider and decide the pending recall application dated 19.02.2021, in Case No.5851/2024, Computerized Case No.T-202404230405851 (Rama Shankar V/s Tribhuvan Datt), after affording full opportunity of hearing to the parties, but without granting any unnecessary adjournment, preferably within three months from the next date fixed before it. It is made clear that the Court has not examined the case of either of the parties on merits and the authority concerned shall be free to decide the matter strictly in accordance with law.
