To direct the opposite party no. 1, Additional Civil Judge, JD, Sultanpur Court No. 28 to consider and decide the Civil Suit No. 1211/1999 " Ram Ayug Tiwari and another Vs. Smt. Sona Devi and others" within prescribed period." 3. Considering the fact that the suit is pending since 1999, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending suit with all expedition, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
