Of Revenue Lko And 5 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Bipin Kumar Tiwari Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Manoj Sahu Hon'ble Rajan Roy,J. Hon'ble Om Prakash Shukla,J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as also Sri Manoj Sahu, learned counsel for the opp. party Nos. 5 and 6 and the learned Addl. C.S.C. for the State. The petitioner herein claims to have purchased the land bearing Gata Nos 1222 and 1241 situated at Bhadarsha Town Baah (Haveli Awadh), Pargana- Haweli, Tehsil- Sohaval, District Ayodhya. After purchasing the same when he visited the spot, he found that there was a Kharanza road on a part of both the Gatas, which had been constructed by Nagar Panchayat, Bhadarsa. Learned counsel for Nagar Panchayat says that when this fact was brought to the notice of the Nagar Panchayat, an inspection was made, but there was a dispute, as such no further action could be taken. Such disputes are not amenable to writ jurisdiction. The petitioner may avail other remedies, as prescribed in law. With these observations this writ petition is disposed of. (Om Prakash Shukla, J.)
