Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been following relief:- "a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashed the impugned proceeding under section 38(2) of U.P. Revenue Code 2006 against the petitioner on the basis of jurisdiction in case no. 7859 of 2024, Computerized Case No. T202414180307859 (State Vs. Diocese of Varanasi through secretary father/Jon Abraham/ Bishop House. And further to quash the effect and opration of Notice dated 21.11.2024 passed by respondent no. 2 in aforesaid case." 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that the petitioner has remedy of filing objections to the notice issued to him under Section 38 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move objections against the said notice.
