Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:19184 Court No. - 18 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 3410 of 2025 Petitioner :- Harendra Singh Rajpoot Respondent :- Union Of India Thru. Secy. Ministry Of Home Affairs New Delhi And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Anand Dubey Counsel for Respondent :- A.S.G.I. Hon'ble Karunesh Singh Pawar,J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for respondents. By this petition, the petitioner seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to fill up the unfilled two vacancy of EWS Quota for the post Constable- Brass Band in State of Uttar Pradesh for advertisement dated: 15.03.2023 for recruitment of constable (Technical & Trade Man) (Male/Female)-2023 in CRPF from general category list.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would be suffice if the petitioner is permitted to submit a representation raising his grievances to respondent no. 3, with a direction to decide the same within a stipulated period. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to this innocuous prayer. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to submit a representation before respondent no. 3 within two weeks from today and in case, such a representation is submitted, the same shall be decided by respondent no. 3 within a further period of four weeks by passing a reasoned and speaking order. With these observations, the petition stands disposed of.
