The petitioner has approached this Court seeking mandamus directing the Commercial Court, District Gorakhpur to decide his pending Execution Case No.04 of 2021 (Ataullah Vs. Executive Engineer Drainage Khand Irrigation Department), within the stipulated period fixed by the Court. 4. To the said submission, learned ACSC has no objection. 5. In view of above, no purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending. 6. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of with the direction to the Commercial Court, District Gorakhpur to decide the said Execution Case No.04 of 2021 of the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
