The instant application under section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer for issuance of a direction to the trial court concerned to decide the trial of Complaint Case No.90854 of 2022; titled as Dilip Kumar Tripathi Vs. Syed Parvez Rehman, expeditiously. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the matter pertains to the year 2022, but even after passing of about three year, the proceeding of the case has not been concluded as yet. After arguing at length, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that interest of justice would be sub- surved if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the trial court to decide the matter within the stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this court. Considering aforesaid innocuous prayer, the leaned trial court concerned is directed to decide the trial of Complaint Case No. 90854 of 2022; titled as Dilip Kumar Tripathi Vs. Syed Parvez Rehman, expeditiously, if possible, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law, considering the instructions and guidelines issued by this court; time to time.
