Affidavit of compliance filed by Shri Raj Priya Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondent no.2 duly sworn in by respondent no.2- Shri Sanjay Kumar Jaiswar, Executive Officer, Nagar Panchayat- Asharafpur Kichhaucha, District- Ambedkar Nagar is taken on record. He submits that order of Writ Court has already been complied with by deciding the representation of the applicant vide order dated 14.03.2025. He further submits that as per the office report, due amount is Rs.13,44,756/- out of which Rs.1,73,511/- has already been paid to the applicant and rest of amount could not be paid as the approval of Chairmna, Nagar Panchayat, Asharafpur Kichhaucha, District- Ambedkar Nagar is still pending. In such circumstances, the present contempt application may be dismissed. 2. Considering the submission of counsel for the respondent no.2 as well as contents of affidavit of compliance filed today, it is evident that representation of the applicant has already been decided vide order dated 14.03.2025, therefore, no contempt is made out against the respondents. 3. Accordingly, the present contempt application is hereby dismissed. 4. However, it is open to the applicant to take appropriate remedy before the appropriate forum, if he is having any grievance.
