He would also submit that, not only this, the Forensic Report confirms the complicity of the applicant with the crime because the vaginal slides of deceased have been matched with the DNA obtained from the blood sample of the deceased and the blood sample of the accused. He has rendered for perusal of the Court the DNA Examination Report and G.D. When these lines were dictated, learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission to withdraw the second bail application. Permission is accorded.
