The brief facts of the case are thatthiS iS a Case Of illegal possession and transportation of Narcotic and PsychotroPiC Drug that occurred on 28.05.2021 at 2.15 p.m., at the outskirts Maredumilli Village, Maredumilli Panchayat at GM Valasa Junction towards Chinturu road during vehicle checking by the police, A2 to A6 were found in possession and transportation Of 375 kgs of ganja, in 15 gunny bags each bag weighing 25 kgs, which was fetched from A1, in Ashok Leyland Lorry bearing No.MH-22-AN-1313 and on Hero Glamour Motor cycle bearing No.AP-39-GC-1452 while coming from Chinturu and proceeding towards Maredumilli. A2 to A6 were arrested, contraband along w'lth crime vehicles and other materials were seized under the cover of mediators report. Al was arrested On 12.ll.2024 and since he has been in jail. 4. Heard. Perused the record. 5. The learned counsel for the Petitioner Submits that the petitioner has been in judicial custody since 12.ll.2024. He further submits that, based on confessions of co-accused, the \`_-I I--=a

The learned Assistant public prosecutor has opposed granting bail to the petitioner on the grounds that the investigation was not completed. when ascertained the learned Assl'stant pubII'C Prosecutor confirmed that the petjtI®Oner has no antecedents. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has a permanent abode at Tadepalli, Guntur Distrl-ct, and there is no possibility of his fleeing away from the Jurl-sdiction of the court. Most of the witnesses are shown to be official witnesses and the release of the accused would not cause hampering of l'nvestigatI-On. As most of the I-nVeStigatiOn mI-ght have been completed, as such, this Court is inclined to grant baI-I to the petitioner. (i) The petitioner/Al shall be released on execut,-ng a Personal bond for Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satI'SfaCtl'On Of the learned Judicial FI'rSt class Magistrate, Rampachodavaram. (ill) After release, the petI-tI®Oner Shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned, once in a week for a period of three (03) months. lf`` .
