The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased direct the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) Tanda, District- Ambedkar Nagar to decide the interim injunction application dated 17.12.2024 filed in Regular Suit No. 20/2022, "Sayyad Tarannum Vs. Tabassum Khatoon" filed under order 39 Rule 1 read with section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, pending before him since 03.01.2022 expeditiously within the stipulated time to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court or if possible on the next date fixed i.e. 05.05.2025, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the prayer limited to the issue of mandamus, the writ petition is disposed off directing the court concerned to decide the application dated 17.12.2024 under order 39 Rule 1 read with section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure expeditiously within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
