The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, they called the petitioner for enquiry and thereafter, the enquiry was closed since the dispute is between the family. They have not harassed the petitioner as alleged in the petition. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication. 3.
