This writ petition has been filed with a prayer to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing of F.I.R. dated 24.12.2024 registered as FIR/Case Crime No. 0185 of 2024 under Sections 8,21, and 23 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station Kamrauli, District Amethi and for a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner pursuant to the impugned FIR. Learned A.G.A., on the basis of his instructions, says that petitioner is having a criminal history of two cases bearing Case Crime No.0091 of 2000, under Sections 307,323,504 and 506 I.P.C and the other being Case Crime No. 400 of 2010, under Section 307 I.P.C. other than the present case which has been concealed by the petitioner to this Court. The aforesaid criminal history has been concealed by the petitioner by filing the present writ petition. Accordingly, we are not inclined to interfere in the matter. The writ petition is dismissed.
