Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that during the pendency of the instant petition and in compliance with the order dated 20.01.2025, the respondents have passed a speaking order and, therefore, the petition needs to be amended. 2. We however, suggested to the learned counsel for the petitioner to file a fresh petition and to raise all available grounds of challenge, keeping in mind, the view expressed by the respondents while disposing of the representation. Learned counsel concedes to the aforesaid suggestion. 3. In view of the aforesaid, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition challenging the speaking order passed by the respondents in compliance with the interim direction dated 20.01.2025. The petitioner shall be entitled to raise all the grounds of challenge in the fresh petition, in addition to the grounds of challenge already pleaded in the instant petition.
