Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent No.1 and learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3. 3. The fact remains that the employee has already died. In the said circumstances, the petitioner, being the legal heir, made a request/representation to the respondents. The respondent authorities have to take a decision as per rules and communicate the same to the petitioner. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents, more particularly respondent No.3, to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 12.07.2025 and to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of two 4 (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
