A suit was to be filed for recovery of the amount, however, there would be limitation, but, we say no more except that we cannot entertain this petition after such delay. 3. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the matter with the opposite parties no. 2 to 4 as far as it may be permissible or to seek such other remedies as may be prescribed in law.
