The petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- "It is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to a issue any writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to consider the candidature of the petitioner for the appointment on the post of Aganbadi Karyakatri in pursuance of the Government Policy/Govt. order no. 11/2021/388/58-1- 2020-2/1(22)10T.C. dated 29.01.2021 or in pursuance of the advertisement/requirement dated 14.03.2024 in accordance with law in the interest of justice." Learned Standing Counsel on the basis of written instructions has submitted that pursuant to the advertisement dated 14.03.2024, the petitioner has not applied on the departmental portal for considering her candidature for the appointment on the post of Anganwari Karyakatri. This fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Accordingly, since, the petitioner admittedly has not applied for the post of Anganwari Karyakatri pursuant to the advertisement, no mandamus can be issued against the opposite parties for considering the candidature of the petitioner.
