From perusal of the record, it transpires that the revisionists have challenged the summoning order dated 18.10.2024 passed by the court of Special Judicial Magistrate-CBI/Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Dehradun in Criminal Case No.1290 of 2022, CBI vs. Devendra Singh Yadav and others. Against the said summoning order, the revisionist has a remedy to file a revision before the Sessions Judge, therefore, this revision appears to be misconceived. 4. To this query, learned counsel for the revisionists made a request to withdraw the present criminal revision with liberty to seek appropriate remedy before the appropriate court of law. 5.
