Petitioner Versus The State of Jharkhand … … Opp. Party ----- CORAM: HON’BLE MR. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. Apprehending his arrest in connection with Seraikella P.S. Case No. 04 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 411 of 2023 instituted under Sections 498A, 323, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, the petitioner has moved this Court for grant of privilege of anticipatory bail. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was dismissed vide order dated 05.01.2023 passed in A.B.A. No. 4766 of 2022 with direction to surrender before the concerned court and pray for regular bail. 4. Learned A.P.P. opposed and submitted that the petitioner has simply filed an application reply before the I.A. and on that basis charge- sheet has been submitted. There is no fresh ground for entertaining this anticipatory bail application of the petitioner. 6.
