Pursuant to the interim order granted by this Court on 28.05.2025, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and his statement has already been recorded. 4. Since the petitioner has been co-operating with the police investigation, he does not deserve to be detained in custody. Therefore, the bail application of the petitioner is allowed. 5. The interim bail granted by this Court on 28.05.2025 in favour of the petitioner Prantu Konwar is hereby made absolute. With the aforesaid direction, the bail application stands disposed of.
