Petitioner i.e. Madarsa Jamia Hafijiya Akbarul Uloom seeks protection of Madarsa/ Masjid allegedly situated on Gata No.101(0.0880 hectare) in village and post-Rajapur Kala, Tehsil-Mihipurwa, Motipur, District-Bahraich, however, learned Standing Counsel says that Madarsa/ Masjid in fact is on Gata No.121 & 122 and not on Gata No.101. Moreover, there is dispute with regard to Gata No.101 regarding which a civil suit is pending before the civil court. 2. None appears for the petitioner. 3. These are not the matters to be adjudicated under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Petitioner may avail other remedies as prescribed in law. 4. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
