The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging a notice issued by the respondent-bank. 3. Considering the fact that it is only a notice, no interference is called for, however in case the petitioner wants to settle the dues, he would be at liberty to approach the respondent bank. In case the petitioner files any application for settlement of the dues along with the copy of this order afresh, the same shall be considered by the respondent no. 2 in accordance with law. 4.
