Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed declaration under the Direct Taxes Se Vishwas Scheme, 2024 before the Principal 2 Commissioner, Income Tax, Raipur for redressal of his grievance, hence, he does not want to prosecute instant petition, at this stage, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw this petition. The petitioner has also filed affidavit in support of aforesaid application. 3. Counsel for the respondents No. 2 to 4 has no objection to allow the aforesaid application. 4. Since the petitioner has recourse to alternative remedy available to him under the law, therefore, he is permitted to withdrawn this petition. 5.
