Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:18020-DB Court No. - 2 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 3039 of 2025 Petitioner :- Smt.Miradevi Respondent :- State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Home Civil Sectt. Lko And 4 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Durgendra Kumar Tiwari Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Rajan Roy,J. Hon'ble Om Prakash Shukla,J.
1. Heard.
2. The petitioner, who is a contractor, seeks a gunner for her safety and security on payment of 50% of the expenses, meaning thereby, the remaining expense would be borne by the State.
3. On being asked to demonstrate the ground on which such relief can be considered, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner being a contractor, she faces security threats.
4. However, from the perusal of records, we find no such incident being mentioned in the writ petition which could even persuade us prima facie to form an opinion that this is a matter where the opposite parties be asked to even consider the request of the petitioner.
5. Without saying anything more, the writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the concerned authority, uninfluenced by this order, to pursue her matter before them.
