This application has been filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023, whereby the petitioners namely 1. Swmdwn Mushahary & 2. Sri Paul Borgoyari have prayed for releasing them on bail, after they were arrested in connection with Kokrajhar P.S. Case No. 102/2025. 3. Both the petitioners have completed their statutory period of detention and no charge sheet has been filed till now. 4. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel of both sides. 5. This Court is of the opinion that the petitioners are entitled to default bail. 6. Therefore, the bail application of the petitioners is allowed. 7. It is hereby directed that the petitioners, namely, 1. Swmdwn Mushahary & 2. Sri Paul Borgoyari, who were arrested in connection with Kokrajhar P.S. Case No. 102/2025, shall be released on bail of ₹30,000/- each with sureties of like amount to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Kokrajhar, Assam. The bail application is disposed of accordingly.
