An affidavit in compliance of the order dated 17.09.2025 has already been filed by the respondent, which is forming part of the record of this Court. 2. A perusal of the aforesaid affidavit reveals that the averment qua “except in any compelling/ exceptional circumstances like losing a job, any mishappening or unhappy incident took place etc.” has been wrongly inserted by the respondent in paragraph 5 of the said affidavit as nothing of such nature was either mentioned or recorded while passing the order dated 17.09.2025. 3.
