Petitioner is claiming some rights in the land/ property in question where electricity connection has been granted to opposite party no.5. 3. We are of the opinion that dispute pertaining to rights and interest of land and property can be adjudicated by competent court whether it be civil or revenue court. Mere grant of electricity connection by itself does not confer any right or title in respect of the land/ property. If a person is residing then he has to have an electricity connection. We, therefore, see no reason to interfere in the matter. Petitioner may pursue the remedies already availed or initiate fresh proceedings including for injunction if there is a cause but we cannot go into such questions in this petition. 4.
